Titania

Titania (Mary MacPherran) is a fictional character, a supervillain in the Marvel Comics universe, notable for being one of Marvel's stronger female characters in terms of human villains, and strongest human female except possibly She-Hulk. She was created by then Editor-in-Chief Jim Shooter, in the successful company-wide crossover known as Secret Wars. An aspiring bully, Titania became a significant threat, and a major foe of She-Hulk.
