Heh, I just read that issue this week!  Can't say "Selina Kane" and "Cat-Fem" is much of an improvement on either Catwoman or Ivy though the story was kinda fun. 

I haven't read too many of those "Legends of the Death Earth" stories, but this is probably one of the more interesting ones from an artistic point of view.
